How it works
1. Inquiry & Planning
We connect to outline your schedule, group size, dietary needs, and kitchen setup (green room, trailer, Airbnb, or private home). From there, I build a tailored menu and service plan aligned with your festival timeline.
2. Custom Menu & Sourcing
Menus are designed around seasonal ingredients and your team’s preferences—light, energizing meals for daytime, more restorative dishes for evenings. I source everything in advance and plan for flexibility.
3. On-Site Execution
I arrive with all ingredients and essential equipment, prep on-site (or finish pre-prepped components), and serve meals at the exact times you need them—quietly, efficiently, and without interrupting your flow.
4. Ongoing Support (Optional)
For multi-day bookings, I remain available for additional meals, snacks, hydration support, and last-minute adjustments throughout the festival.
5. Cleanup & Reset
All cooking, service, and cleanup are handled completely. Your space is left clean, stocked (if requested), and ready for whatever comes next.
